Dr. Poonam Soni is considered Okay Okay type and not knowledgeable, as in a city like Allahabad, we lack specialist centers for pediatric therapy. She doesn't seem to understand the needs of children well. Here, they are primarily focused on making money and don't offer guidance to parents for the betterment of their children. They only suggest therapies available at their center. If your child requires additional therapies like physiotherapy or AFO shoes based on their actual needs, they won't inform you.

My child needed AFO shoes and physiotherapy, but she never guided us, which led to delays. Another parent we met at the center provided guidance. This therapy center is like "the blind leading the blind". They prioritize making money and always try to extract the maximum from parents.

Furthermore, they initially mentioned that if parents inform in advance and the child attends sessions for 10 days or more, they will provide a fee concession without specifying any terms and conditions. However, in February 2024, when we informed them in advance that we would be out of town for 10 days, they insisted we change the session timings for the concession, intentionally disrupting our schedule to extract money.

Overall, they are solely focused on money, and my experience was not satisfactory.

We don't need session from you as it is not giving improvement.

Please say that whatsoever I have written about physiotherapy AND AFO need is correct or not.

Our journey with Siddhi kids has been very successful. Therapists are very skilled at their work. My son’s therapist Pragati ma'am and special educator Jayshree ma'am worked very patiently with our child and was very impressed with my son’s progress within 3 months. She’s been extremely supportive by guiding us all throughout the sessions. Special thanks to Dr Pooman Soni for all the guidance and support.
